Walking Iris Flower Essence - Community & Connection
This product comes in a 1/2oz amber dropper bottle, with a hand-written label.
This Walking Iris Flower Essence encourages us to connect deeply to the present moment and open ourselves to connecting with others too. In this way, Walking Iris can really nourish a sense of community in the user... (These flowers whispered "share!... share!" when I encountered them beneath a giant rubber tree.)
If you have been experiencing feelings of dissociation from your body, Walking Iris may be a helpful ally. When I first tried this essence, it brought me out of a long-term trauma-induced high-functioning dissociative episode that had lasted about 2-3 years! Working with this essence felt like I had come back from the dead.
Walking Iris can help us to tune in to our body's needs in the moment, which can be helpful for those of us who experience trouble with healthy eating (especially knowing what to eat, and when), or knowing how to properly nourish our body and spirit.
For those of us that experience social anxiety or fear when connecting with other people in our community, Walking Iris can restore a sense of faith and childlike purity that allows us to rejoin the Collective.
Inspires: Tuning into your body's true needs. Connecting with other people & your community without fear or anxiety. Sharing with others. Purity in connection.

On Flower Essences
Flower Essences are a vibrational medicine that are created through communion with the flowering part of a plant, where its vital energy is being focused. After connecting with the plant, the most pristine blossoms are solar infused into volcanic spring water from the island of Hawai'i, and then preserved with locally made "Hawaiian Honeyshine".
Flower Essences contain no chemical constituents from the plant, but they hold a lot of power, and are primarily used for shifting one's perception of their reality in a gentle and effective way. Because of this, Flower Essences are an excellent way to work with plants that are considered poisonous or toxic to humans.
